Dr. Jim White, D.C.,C.C.S.P., C.S.C.S.

My vision for all patients is optimal balance, stability and mobility. Whether you are a weekend warrior, corporate executive, stay at home mom, or high school/college/professional athlete, symmetrical balance, sound stability and functional movement are  the most important elements in achieving ultimate performance in your daily living activities at home, the office or in the arena.

As a wellness and performance consultant and practitioner, my passion is to get people back to their pre-injury state, to remain healthy and perform at their optimal best.  My goal is to delve into the true cause of the injury, eliminate the symptoms, and correct the faulty movement patterns so as to restore that vitality, range of motion, strength, balance, stability, and performance that has been lacking due to a physical setback caused by trauma, poor posture, improper body mechanics and/or lack of activity.

I served on the Maryland Chiropractic Sports Council for several years and was the treating doctor for the USA Track and Field Championships (Regional Olympic Trials). For 16, years I was an event doctor for the Potomac Valley Association Championships, East Coast Invitational Track and Field Championships, Maryland and D.C. biathlons, and the Maryland Elite Grand Prix Track and Field Invitationals. In 1996, I was an athletic doctor for the U.S. Beach Volleyball Olympic Trials held in Baltimore, Maryland.
